Job description
This is a full-time, on-site Crewing Manager role based in Cuxhaven, Germany.
Main tasks:
Planning, coordination, and management of crews for our fishing fleet.
Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of international crews.
Crew scheduling, rotation planning, and contract administration.
Compliance with maritime, labour, and international regulations.
Close cooperation with captains, fleet management, and operations.
Ensuring crew welfare and motivation.
Qualifications
Experience in crewing, maritime HR, shipping, or fleet operations.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
Intercultural competence and team spirit.
Fluency in English and German (additional languages are an advantage).
Passion for maritime operations and sustainable fisheries.
